Following the official declaration of the Philippine Government to include the West Philippine Sea in its water territory, it seems the South China Sea has to shrink its scope as the regional map of South East Asia will be restructured in the near future. The rising tension between China and the Philippine is nevertheless inevitable to dominate the momentum of South China Sea. The momentum suggests the former head of Chongqing Province Bo Xi Lai may be appointed as the special envoy to deal with the ASEAN countries over the disputed islands in South China Sea. Given the close relationship between China and North Borneo, the Chinese Navy may consider to set up a new base in the Layang-Layang Island to monitor the changing momentum in the region. The City of New China or Kota Kinabalu welcomes the visitation of the Chinese leaders to help support its new government. A summit  to meet the leading political and business figures of Borneo  may be arranged by the Chinaese Embassy in Kuala Lumpur for the next visitation of  high officials from Beijing.

 Despite the people of Borneo are likely to end the colonial ruling of BN, the state momentum could become otherwise if the local opposition parties fail to shortlist the candidates of New Borneo through the first round of state election. Any posture of over confidence could lead to unexpected result of election :! A powerful team with leading politicians and professionals from the public and opposition parties might be able to win the mandate from the voting public. The potential cabinet of New Borneo may include the nominated figures and
other leaders from DAP, Party Keadilan and BERSIH Sabah.

An internal election may be conducted by the potential cabinet to confim the best candidate for the post of chief minister of Borneo. However, the nightmare of  Pakatan Rakyat Sabah could relapse if they insist on the outmoded strategy to ignore the state momentum. Instead of dispersing the voting public, Pakatan Rakyat should accept the latest agenda of New Borneo and focus on the strategy to win the parliamentary seats of Borneo. Under the campaign of New Borneo, the opposition parties will have a better chance to form the nest government.

As for the new strategy to winning the parliamentary election, Pakatan Rakyat should team up with BERSIH to shortlist the candidates for the parliamentary election. The candidates of BERSIH should be nominated to compete with BN. As a sovereign partner at the Malaysian Federation, the original flag of North Borneo should be restored to signify its historic position. The flag  was the emblem of North Borneo to preserve its sovereignty, and the visitation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to North Borneo appears the historic relationship between Great Britain and North Borneo was still recognised by the British Monarchy. With this friendly connection, the potential government of New Borneo hopes to receive the patronage and support from its strategic partners to cope with the upcoming statewide election. Should the potential government of Borneo be fully supported and elected by the state momentum, the heart of Asia Pacific welcomes the workforce from international including South Korea, China and other countries to help develop its economy.  In the absence of exterior assistance , we cannot do this alone to develop the state economy. We need full support from international to overrule the notorious ruling of One Malaysia.

To rock this country alive, American Chopper is suggested to set up a new branch for motor cyclists in Borneo. Paul Senior of American Chopper may continue his adventure to run the road show of motor cycle in the land below the wind. THE PERSIAN GULF WAR 2012

DEAR INTERNATIONAL MEDIA AND PEOPLE OF ARAB WORLD,

The trade sanction imposed by Europe and USA on the Iranian economy and Syrian economy will encourage Tehran and Damascus to team up against the siege from the west.Developing nuclear weapon will become the major event of Tehran and the Persian Gulf War will reposition the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty that the winner will speak for the future of the Arab World and the channel of nuclear warfare is the only channel to end the crisis.Given the nuclear developments in other countries including Pakistan, Indian, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, Europe and China, the global momentum appears there is no binding treaty to restrict the nuclear program in Tehran. The Persian Gulf War will eventually become the warfare between Israel and Iran if the military ambition of Tehran continues to manipulate the chaotic situation in Iraq and Syria.Occupying the strait of Hormuz by supercarriers will further encourage Tehran to develop the technology of nuclear warhead to defend its water territory in the Persian Gulf.Instead of deploying three supercarriers in the Persian Gulf for nuclear warfare, the US Government should order one supercarrier to help release the heart of Asia Pacific.President Obama is obviously repeating the error of Iraqi warfare launched by President Bush in 2003.

The Pentagon at this stage should allow Israeli military to confront the rising tension in the Persian Gulf as it is a warfare to justify the legality of the nuclear program launched by Iran. Any bombarbment inflicted on the nuclear facilities of Iran will severely deform the living environment in the region. To defuse the callous massacre of civilians in Syria, an operation of the UN troops led by Israeli military should be carried out to monitor the military operation of Syria in fighting with the militia from Arab Spring.The Syrian Government and the rebel force may continue the warfare under the vigilance of the UN troops until they agree to hold peace dialogue for truce as this will reduce the casualty of civilians in the war zone.

In the long run, the economic sanction imposed on Iran could incur the retaliation of Tehran to impede the oil passage in the Persian Gulf through the development of nuclear warhead to protect the territory.Despite the oil sanction imposed on the Iranian economy , the Persian Gulf is likely to become a war zone in 2012.As far as national interest is concerned, Iran has no reason to tolerate the sanction and waive the right of developing nuclear power for productivity. There is a fact supporting the Iranian nuclear program that the Iranian people tend to accept the drawbacks associated with nuclear power plants operating in quake zone.

For humanitarian purpose, only diplomatic sanction should be imposed on the Iranian Government until the regional office of IAEA is allowed to set up in Tehran to conduct the regular examination of nuclear plants
and the Arab League has the obligation to deliver the daily necessity including food to the Syrian people living in war zone.The supersonic cruise missiles delivered by Russian military for Syrian Government is telling the world that the new cold war has begun to restructure the Islamic countries.

Before the chinese economy supersedes the leading position of America, a war between the two countries could happen in light of the global impact of China is on the rise. For people of North Borneo living under the new colonialism of One Malaysia,they should at this critical  moment opt for the state of anarchy to run the proposed referendum of New Borneo.People of Sabah
should follow the charisma of New Borneo to safeguard the local citizenship.The Global Rally Online 2012 is the war to against the incompetent administration and corruption.Cited by the Malaysian land policy to expropriate the native land of East Murut in Tawau through commercial plantation that there should be an event of mass rally to spotlight the illicit activities of One Malaysia. It appears the total failure of the state government to safeguard the public interest of North Borneo and the empty slogan of One Malaysia.The withdrawal of North Borneo from One Malaysia is a viable option to preserve the native lands inherited from the colonial government of Britain.In addition, the scandal suggests the native society should ignite the fire of revolution to confront the racial marginalisation  plotted by the subservient leadership.The plane crash incident of Sabah cabinet in 1976 was a history event reminding people of Sabah to follow the spirit of Tun Fuad Stephens to fight for the independence of North Borneo.There is nothing to fear but to expel the traitors of Sabah. People of North Borneo may take rally action to recapture the local oil resources occupied by Petronas and renounce the citizenship of One Malaysia to restore the citizenship of North Borneo.This is not the land of Petronas.There should be a distinct passport for the local people of Borneo.Undoutedly the ruling of One Malaysia will eventually wipe out the autonomy of North Borneo.The duplicity of Putrajaya is a serious threat to the future of the state,and it is not a pragmatic standpoint to support the colonialism of One Malaysia in the long run. Evidently North Borneo has the legitimate reason to rescind the partnership in the Malaysian Federation which is a critical step to regain the state autonomy .As the naval territory of NATO and US Navy,the heart of Asia Pacific strongly suggests the USS Ronald Reagan Fighting Group should waste no time to capture the harbour of Jesselton to be in line with the heart of Asia Pacific. It is a lawful operation to release a sovereign state from colonisation.The so-called One Malaysia is apparently misleading the native people in Borneo.Under the new economic plan of Najib,the native society of Borneo actually receives no economic benefit from the colonisation of One Malaysia. In short,people of North Borneo should go beyond border to defend their territory.

Like the deadly quake zone in Christchurch of New Zealand,the disastrous scene from Sendai in Japan appears the country has become a dangerous place exposed to the contamination of nuclear radioactive from the ageing nuclear plant in Fukushima.Given the Class Four explosion has resulted in serious damage to the portion of nuclear reactor,it is unlikely the rescue team has the ability to cease the melting process which could upgrade the nuclear disaster to Class Six Explosion.The Government of Japan should take decision to close down the exploded nuclear plant as the rescue action will endanger the life of nuclear engineers at this point.The ongoing nuclear crisis reveals Japan has no reason to sacrifice the rescue team.Instead of injecting billions of dollars into the financial market,the Japanese Government should raise the urgent funding to replace the outdated nuclear safety measures.The quality of water supply and sea food business could become new threats to the daily life in Japan.Apparently the money of taxpayers should be fully utilised to ensure the safety of civilian at this critical moment.Following the intense disaster events in 2010 and 2011,the planet is now deforming the dwelling environment for life.Australia,New Zealand and Japan have become the most hazardous countries on Earth.Any property investment or project investment in these countries could disappear overnight.

The worsening situation seems to suggest foreign investors to evacuate from these high risk countries.Other crisis may include the awakening of dormant volcanoes in the region.It is anticipated that the case of Radioactive Cancer may be surging if people continue to stay in the contaminated areas and the vicinity.The mayhem further appears the victim society of Japan and the local industries have to launch borderless revolution to secure a better place for living .Whilst the Earth is expelling mankind from its territory,people of Japan are now facing the challenge from Earth Crush Displacement as predicted by ancient civilisation.The current predicament of Japan could last for years.
